Los ganadores, también elegidos por el público, se anunciarán durante una ceremonia que tendrá lugar el 5 de Junio en Los Angeles. La ceremonia empezará a las 9 p.m. ET (3 a.m. hora española) y será presentada por Jason Sudeikis, uno de los cómicos actuales de SNL.
En principio será retransmitida en directo a través de toda la Red de la MTV.
